A product will be exchanged within 7 days only provided the product is returned intact. Damaged or used goods will not be exchanged.
Notwithstanding anything contained in the Terms and Conditions, in the event BANG decides to refund to you, BANG will offer only credit vouchers equivalent to the refund amount. Refund will be processed if it is agreed upon and communicated in writing to the customer.
Within 24 hours of receiving the returned product a credit note will be issued to the customer who can use it on their next purchase. The credit note will be valid for a 60 Day period, following which it will not be acceptable. Also, in the event, that the customer isn't able to use the credit note within the validity period, customer can write to us for an extension. Needful will be done.
We don’t provide cash back facility. However the customer can use the credit note to shop for any item on the website.
BANG is not responsible and does not guarantee refund for cases where:
• Products anddelivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
• Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
• Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.
