EXCHANGE POLICY:

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 8884011611/8884011711 or email us at info@bangshoetique.com mentioning your Order ID. BANG in its sole discretion will either deliver to you, the new product at its own cost or refund to you the amount in relation to such product. Subject to the Terms and Conditions, once refund is initiated by BANG, it takes 10-15 business days to reflect the refund amount in your account.

Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

Shoes under the category of flip flops will not be exchanged unless there is an issue with the quality of the shoes.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

You can cancel an order until it has not been packed in our Warehouse on Website/M-site. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
